Cuba has always been a dream destination for both of us! Recently, travel opportunities for Americans have greatly expanded. You can go to Cuba legally without a license or paperwork as long as your purpose of travel fits 1 of 12 US government approved categories. For us, it's "Family visits to close relatives in Cuba".  Tom is half Cuban (half Irish) and still has family there -- Score!
